招聘人数：1 人 Purpose of the position ‐ Understand the standards on GB, customer contract requirements and plant specification ‐ In charge of site quality program roll out and keep updated with regularly review Principal responsibilities ‐ Understand the standards and requirements - Understand the GB standards - Understand the company requirements if have. - Clear know customer’s contract - Clear know about the specification of out-sourcing production - Know about the plant design specification - Know about the purifier inlet and outlet spec. ‐ Compliance assurance - Make sure new requirements are implemented at the site effectively - Regularly review the existing system to ensure no significant missing - Lead site based internal audit or outside audit (Linde, or 3rd party) - Develop necessary management procedure which is dedicated for the site if needed and make sure it ‐ ISO9001 - Maintain the ISO9001 certificate in live status and make sure all the relevant requirements are fully met. ‐ Site Quality management procedure and record - Make sure the management procedure was reviewed regularly - Monthly review the quality relevant record. - Make sure all the ARs or corrective actions should be traced and closed on time ‐ Meeting - Attend INTEL meeting as required - Attend Internal quality meeting as needed - Plan and organize the site procedure review meeting - Lead and attend quality relevant audit and make sure all corrective action was closed before due date - Call the weekly meeting with site based contractor to review the trend chart, PM , CM, spare parts. etc ‐ Reports and records - Customer required - Government required - Site Required - All the required records - Sign off analyzer maintenance paper from contractor. - Save all the necessary records on the share drive. ‐ Contractor management ‐ Contractor training ‐ Contractor communication Key interfaces ‐ Quality team ‐ Procurement department ‐ Finance ‐ INTEL ‐ Contractor ‐ HR department Required critical behaviours (suggest ca. 9) - Well Personal development - Total Quality Management sense. - Rigorous and analytical thinking - Clear logic - Focus on details - Team work Required key skills (functional/technical) ‐ Good computer skill ‐ Can read and write English email ‐ Effective presentation skill ‐ Well communication skill Required qualifications/experience ‐ Certified quality engineer is better ‐ Major in analysis or instrument ‐ At least 3 years quality management work ‐ It’s better to have internal auditor certificated or have been trained on internal auditor course. ‐ Bachelor degree or above.
